Construction Superintendent

Description

• Lead day-to-day field operations on K-12 construction projects across DFW
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for constructability and field accuracy
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, inspectors, and project teams
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
• Ensure compliance with district standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations
• Maintain and drive project schedules, including short-interval planning

Requirements

Our client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to support K-12 construction projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth market. This role is ideal for a field leader with a strong background in delivering ground-up and renovation education projects, a history of long-term tenure, and a commitment to quality, safety, and schedule execution.

• Experience managing ground-up and renovation school projects
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on K-12 construction projects
• Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated strong tenure and career stability
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors, field staff, inspectors, and district stakeholders
• Strong understanding of safety protocols, quality control, and schedule management
