The position supports the assigned area or team by applying established technical capabilities and contributes to the overall project delivery.

The role supports project delivery through design‑management activities, strategic collaboration, compliance oversight, data reporting, administrative support, and sustainability initiatives.

Support delivery of delegated elements of the annual business plan within deadlines and budget
Assist the design manager in presenting design review data and key performance indicators to leadership
Provide operational delivery of team/regional work‑winning strategy
Ensure management system procedures and project roles and responsibilities are followed
Collate, analyze, and present data and key metrics for management reviews
Provide general administration to support effective design management within the project team
Collaborate on net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing associated emissions and reductions

Requirements
