In this role you will identify and acquire new customers, develop positive relationships, generate leads, close deals, and serve as the main point of contact for client needs. You will also resolve conflicts, report account status, set and track sales targets, monitor metrics, and propose actions to improve performance.

- Participate in regular meetings on sales, collections, stock, and business development for the designated region.

The position requires a bachelor’s or postgraduate degree and 6-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial coatings, paints, or project sales, with exposure to OEMs, EPCs, or construction equipment. Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency with CRM systems are essential.

- Possess 6-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial coatings, paints, or project sales.
- Experience with OEMs, EPCs, construction tools & equipment, or infrastructure projects is a plus.

- Fluent in English and proficient in computer applications, especially CRM systems.
