Leadership responsibilities include coordinating with transport teams, cafeteria staff, and vendors to foster a culture of excellence, achieve performance metrics, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
Candidates should hold a degree in business, hotel, or building management and have three to five years of facilities‑management experience, along with strong knowledge of occupational safety, client‑centric operations, and team leadership.
