Description

The Transport Lead role is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day transport operations and cafeteria management, ensuring services run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and standards.

Key operational duties include optimizing workflows, addressing challenges, monitoring transport and cafeteria supplies, and managing supply and service contracts with approved vendors.

The role also requires proactive risk mitigation through participation in emergency response, crisis management, and business continuity planning, while maintaining health, safety, and hygiene standards across all operations.

Budget oversight involves monitoring financial resources, managing petty cash, processing vendor invoices, and ensuring accurate validation for both transport and cafeteria services.

Ensuring client satisfaction is paramount; the lead will resolve complex issues, uphold service level agreements, conduct routine audits, and produce detailed reports such as stock reports and monthly management summaries.

Leadership responsibilities include coordinating with transport teams, cafeteria staff, and vendors to foster a culture of excellence, achieve performance metrics, and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a degree in business, hotel, or building management and have three to five years of facilities‑management experience, along with strong knowledge of occupational safety, client‑centric operations, and team leadership.

• Proficient in advanced Excel, data analytics, and transport management systems.
• Preferred: 2‑5 years experience in transport or hospitality management; bilingual in English and Hindi.
