Managing all landscape installation projects, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors required to produce quality work.
Understanding client needs, and meeting with clients directly to provide excellent customer service.
Maintaining and managing all required computer systems, including but not limited to timekeeping, job databases, and service schedules.
Training and developing of team members (including proper operation of equipment, planting techniques, safety guidelines, and quality standards) as well as disciplinary actions.
Ensuring equipment and tools are properly maintained, stored, and used.
Interviewing and hiring team members.
Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients
Ensuring safety protocols are being followed by team members.
Ensuring paperwork and reports are accurately updated/completed for client billing.
Performing hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands as needed.
Providing day-to-day operational scheduling and guidance for the branch’s landscape projects.
Ordering materials as needed, managing costs and coordinating deliveries.
Using hand tools, power tools and/or equipment to perform landscape installation projects.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record check
Knowledge of plant material and horticultural best practices
Must be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in landscape installation, landscape construction or irrigation enhancement services
Must be able to use hand tools and power equipment
Understanding budgets, labor, costs, and gross profits on irrigation installation projects.
Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight)
