Collaborate with the operations team to create comprehensive documentation, establish best practices, and develop procedures for scaling from prototyping to full production.
Oversee and mentor design phase team members, providing resources and support
Manage site work and logistics efficiently, providing improvement suggestions
Ensure regulatory approvals and risk management requirements are met
Manage design phase costs, including estimates, value engineering, and budget management
Facilitate solicitation, selection, and contracting with designer partners.
Lead design team in incorporating constructability, logistics, and customer expectations
Conduct performance evaluations and participate in hiring decisions
Develop and present proposals.
Create detailed project design phase and baseline construction schedules
Model exceptional customer relations and gather feedback during the design process
Guide estimating team in developing technical design aspects and cost documentation
Manage the product development process from ideation to implementation, utilizing product roadmaps to ensure structured progress.
Conduct detailed construction planning, including subcontractor selections and site utilization

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Estimating, or equivalent field
Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
