As a Line Assembler you will complete brazing and assembly tasks, follow safety protocols, and utilize technical documentation to guide your work.
The role requires operating tools, measuring and testing equipment, maintaining accurate records, and performing daily preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Perform line assembler duties, including brazing, to complete assigned work areas.
- Adhere to all safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment.
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, bills of material, routing sheets, and OMS documents.
- Operate hand tools and measuring instruments to assemble, test, and inspect components.
- Use visual inspection and measurement devices to ensure product quality against standards.
- Maintain quality checklists, input data into electronic systems, and report line issues.
- Perform daily preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Work in a climate‑controlled facility.
