Procure supplies and materials to complete a project buy-out
Oversee all change order requests and submit in conjunction w/ estimating and finance
Proactively develop relationships with subcontractors
Take ownership of a project upon award and see through to completion
Continually update a 3-week look ahead for all projects
Interact with the customer on a regular basis and be the lead on negotiation for any scope discrepancy or issues on the job site
Monitor production and project costs to ensure each job is completed on schedule
Responsible to ensure project close out package is completed, and job can be billed in full
Oversee and provide guidance to Foremen/Superintendents to plan, organize and direct activities related to schedule, labor, equipment, materials and disposal on their jobs
Review and sign off on daily manpower and progress reports for their jobs
Establish project objectives, milestones, budgets, and project schedules

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Training. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire
Must be able to sit for prolonged periods with occasional standing and walking.
Experience managing federal government contracts preferred
Minimum of 5 years working as a Project Manager in the construction and/or environmental remediation fields
OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training. If not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire
Ability to coordinate your actions with those of other workers on busy construction sites
Ability to complete work projects on time and in an effective manner; regular and prompt attendance are an essential job function
Ability to pick up construction debris and able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Benefits
Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following date of hire.
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $110,000/year
Retirement Plans: 401(k) – 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions.
Sick Time: 56 hours per year
Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours per year
