The Associate Director, IT Portfolio & Governance Center of Excellence will design new technologies, dive into data, and optimize digital experiences to deliver better care for billions worldwide. - Build and lead a high‑performing portfolio team, recruiting and onboarding staff and contractors.
- Coach and develop direct reports, providing performance feedback and career development plans.
- Advance portfolio management standards and tools by researching trends and piloting improvements.
- Organize governance forums, prepare strategic review materials, and communicate portfolio performance to executives.
- Partner with finance and strategy to align investments, develop business cases, and track ROI of portfolio projects.
- Create and maintain dashboards and analytics reports to deliver timely, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Coordinate demand intake, prioritization, and capacity planning, identifying bottlenecks and recommending corrective actions.
- Lead workshops and develop best‑practice guides to promote portfolio excellence across business and IT teams.

- 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, governance, or strategic planning; 5+ years in IT bridging business, technology, and finance.
- Proven track record managing enterprise‑scale portfolios, including intake, prioritization, reporting, and governance.
- Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior leaders, with strong interpersonal and political navigation skills.
- Advanced analytical capabilities for budgeting, financial modeling, performance reporting, and investment decision support.
- Proficiency with portfolio and governance tools such as TargetProcess, Power BI, Planview, and Microsoft Project.

The anticipated base salary for this role ranges from $157,720 to $194,760, with eligibility for a target bonus and participation in 401(k) and profit‑sharing plans. The position is based primarily in Roswell, with additional locations in Chicago, Dallas, and Neenah.
