Additional competency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation to develop structural drawings.
Experience with steel, concrete and wood materials.
Technology degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Minimum 4 years of experience in civil/structural roles.
Proficient in drafting with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD features, including model and paper space, xref management and viewport scaling.
Ability to read civil, structural and electrical drawings.
Ability to switch between metric and imperial scales.
High attention to detail, organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent English communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with Canadian electrical utilities (e.g., ATCO, Altalink, BC Hydro) is an asset.
Experience with multiple civil/structural software packages in Autodesk and/or Bentley.
Knowledge of raster editing and structural steel detailing/design.
Registration and designation with ASTTBC and/or ASET.
