- Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and distribute office communication, memos, and reports.
- Process I9 for new hires and gather ids as needed.
- Manage daily incoming/outgoing mail, office supplies & general clerical office duties
- Process bi-weekly Payroll for all plant personnel.
- Answer incoming calls, directs callers and/or provides assistance over the phone and in person
- Backs up AP Admin on an ad hoc basis.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provides administrative assistance to the General Manager, Operations Manager, and Plant Manager.
