Perform investigations to validate the legitimacy of claims.
Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures
Utilize product and policy experience to authorize complaint resolutions within approved matrix.
Input customer Replacement Orders within company guidelines, completing all applicable direct and supporting data entry into SAP in compliance with Westlake procedures for order handling.
Work with applicable sales and technical reps to coordinate fact gathering on customer complaints.
Service inbound and initiate outbound customer service calls to ensure that customer complaints are handled in a timely, accurate and perceived as superior manner, by the Westlake customer base.
Provide product availability to customers per department guidelines and negotiate labor and freight cost with customers.
