Description

Reviewing user roles and access to balance visibility and security
Document current and future processes, coordinate testing, and ensure changes meet business needs
Configure system elements (workflows, approval logic, data fields, forms) or coordinate with technical teams when development is required
You design solutions that work for the people who will actually use them
Create reference materials and deliver live or recorded training sessions to support adoption
Configuring approval workflows based on project size or spend thresholds
Importing structured contract or order data when automation alone isn’t sufficient
Monitor support requests to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement
Supporting revenue and billing teams by ensuring systems reflect agreement terms
Maintain clean system rules, data structures, and permissions to support stability and scalability
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to understand goals, workflows, and challenges
Maintaining milestone dates that drive billing, reporting, or operational handoffs
Translate findings into clear requirements and actionable solutions
Requirements
bachelor's
erp
six sigma
process mapping

telecommunications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
3–5 years of business analyst experience
Experience with ERP or CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred; Salesforce a plus)
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)
You’re comfortable making decisions with evolving or imperfect information
Strong skills in process mapping, workflow documentation, and testing coordination
You can explain processes simply, without adding confusion
Telecommunications engineering or operations experience
Confidence working across Finance, Sales, Operations, and technology teams
You listen closely and ask clear, practical questions
Large, complex program management experience
Familiarity with process architecture, UML, or BPM tools
