The role blends business development, account management, and internal collaboration. CAMs design territory growth plans, prospect and schedule meetings with commercial and national accounts, and track marketing activity, while also strengthening long‑term client loyalty through on‑site meetings, industry events, and association participation. They partner with marketing, support operations, manage CRM data, and handle reporting and communications, even in high‑stress situations.
- Create and execute a growth‑focused territory business plan.
- Prospect, research, and schedule meetings with commercial and national accounts.

- Track and measure local marketing activities for consistent outreach.
- Cultivate long‑term client relationships to boost loyalty and wallet share.
- Participate in on‑site meetings, walkthroughs, presentations, and industry events.
- Maintain membership and visibility in relevant industry associations.
- Support operations through clear communication, documentation, and expectation management.
- Coordinate tradeshows and presentations with the marketing department.
- Assist with collections for both local and national accounts when needed.
- Keep accounts, contacts, and activities up‑to‑date in Salesforce CRM.

Ideal candidates are strong verbal, written, and presentation communicators who are relationship‑driven, detail‑oriented, and organized. They are confident presenting to individuals and large groups, self‑motivated, capable of independent work, and able to lead or collaborate as needed. Experience in business development or account management is preferred but not required.
