Provide technical support for troubleshooting and resolving plant equipment and infrastructure issues.
Design and specify fittings, layouts, and equipment configurations for plant systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new equipment and process changes
Maintain accurate documentation for engineering designs, specifications, and project records.

Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Conduct technical analyses, system evaluations, and economic studies to support plant operations and strategic decisions.

Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience managing capital projects and working with contractors and vendors.
Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and project management tools.
Familiarity with applicable codes and standards
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
At least 5 years of experience in plant or industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
