Taking ownership, communicating proactively, and exceeding customer expectations
Work directly with customers while being supported by a strong engineering team
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of control systems.
Perform instrument loop checks and calibrations.
Implement control system designs.
Supporting colleagues and promoting a positive team environment
Read and interpret piping & instrumentation diagrams and wiring diagrams.
Wire instruments and control panels (high or low voltage).
Assist and be self-sufficient in project installation, start-up and commissioning of control systems.
Will split time between 3 different sites within a 30-minute radius of Omaha, NE. Future travel for training or projects may be required as needed.

Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, and field instrumentation
Demonstrate basic understanding of Information Technology (IT) system, network infrastructure, and computer system design, as it relates to control system integration.
Fit for Duty at all times
Demonstrate basic understanding of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications.
Demonstrate basic understanding of electrical and mechanical system design.
2–5+ years of experience as a Control Systems Technician or equivalent
Strong troubleshooting abilities and comfort in field environments
Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility
Proficient with startup and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications.
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and wiring diagrams
Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Computer Information Systems Technology, or related field (or relevant experience)
Proficient with startup and troubleshooting of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications.
