- Provides mentoring and training for new employees
- Oversees a group of employees and ensures job is done correctly
- Performs other duties as assigned, such as establishment of new processes, onboarding new clients, corrective actions, or training with employees
- Responsible for responding to client inquiries
- Train new hires or employees that are being given new tasks, ensure SOPs are up to date
- Interacts with internal and external customers in responding to inquiries or report requests as needed
- Reviewing exception reports
- Processing various types of accounts receivable transactions including client invoices, credit requests, resolving customer disputes
- Maintaining the client master files in the account system
- Running daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure all transactions and tasks are completed
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly and weekly journal entries
- Works closely with the assistant controller on any people management items/issues
- Guides team at task level to ensure company goals are met

- 3+ years’ experience of accounts receivable processing experience.
- Demonstrate experience with general ledger account reconciliations including month-end closing processes and knowledge of accounting principles.
- Report writing skills
- Is recognized as an expert in own area within a department
- Proficiency with Word and Excel to create account reconciliations
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- The ability to multi-task and willingness to learn new skills.
- Team oriented person who can focus on the details
- High School diploma required.
- Associates Degree preferred but not required.
- Pay rate range is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience.
