As a Mitigation Crew Chief, you will lead a crew on job sites impacted by water or sewage damage. You’ll guide clients through stressful situations with empathy and professionalism while ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standard. While prior industry experience is preferred, we are willing to train individuals with the right attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Lead and supervise assigned crew members on job sites
  • Assess and manage water/sewage damage restoration projects
  • Maintain clear and positive communication with team members and customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
  • Drive company vehicle to job sites, following all traffic laws and safety protocols
  • Document all aspects of mold remediation using industry software
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Remove damaged materials and set up drying equipment on-site
