Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model challenges
Work as a team member to coordinate design projects with professional engineers and other CAD/BIM technicians.
Attend project meetings and calls as required.
As a PHE Technologist, it should be expected that the duties will be flexible, providing drafting assistance for multiple projects within multiple disciplines as assigned.
Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to Discipline Lead/Project Manager/Project Lead.
Proactively liaise with internal and external project team members to ensure any current information required for you to do your job is available to you.
The Technologist work under the direct supervision of the Engineers /BIM coordinator and is responsible for all of the production and drafting tasks directly assigned to them by the Engineers /BIM coordinator.
Complete and accept responsibility for all tasks commensurate with experience, capability and training.
Stay updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline.
Leading the BIM model coordination as required by the project standards
Daily drafting duties of water supply, storm, drainage and fire protection for Building Services requirements. Day to day tasks includes CAD/BIM work to produce complete and accurate drawings, printing and binding, and other CAD/BIM related assistance for the Project and Discipline Engineers.
Utilize customized tools, utilities, and scripts to automate work processes, improve BIM/CAD productivity and efficiency, and comply with the company BIM/CAD standards.

Strong analytical capabilities
5 to 10 years of experience in Revit MEP 3D modeling detail engineering building projects.
The Candidate should be proficient in drafting and modeling works for Plumbing and Fire protection system, sprinkler locations, FP pipe routing/sizing, water supply and drain water pipe routing/sizing, water heater systems, pumproom drawings enlarged plans sections/ elevation, BMS systems, schematic riser diagrams.
Ability to work independently.
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
