Coordinate engineering teams for effective asset management and work order resolution, scoping small projects to mitigate business impacts
Interface with occupants, landlords, and tenants for lease administration and site issue resolution
Coordinate vendors to satisfy client requests within scope of services and manage CMMS-generated work orders
Process work orders and invoicing through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to reconcile vendor activities and coordinate site resources
Oversee delivery of maintenance and repair services while meeting KPIs and target service goals for property management
Support development and management of capital budgets while implementing and monitoring projects
Provide procurement administration to initiate and close contracted services or material delivery for effective vendor management
