Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, keeping up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
Plans, communicates, and facilitates new hire orientation.
Manages processes that result in accurate and up-to-date people files, records, and documentation.
Daily reviewing people files and records to ensure that documents are accurately completed, filed appropriately, and meet compliance standards.
Manage the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records.
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
