Participating in project scoping, fee estimating and proposal activities
Develop signing and pavement marking plans.
Design complex traffic control during construction plans.
Coordinate internal traffic work to support other Lochner offices.

Professional License (PE) in Pennsylvania required.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
5+ years of traffic/transportation engineering experience.
Experience using CADD design software.
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clearly communicate work through drawings, documents, reports, and verbal exchange.
PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike experience required.
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
