- Expertise in at least two areas: switching, routing, or SDWAN, Wireless, Load balancer, working knowledge of the others.
- Should know how to lead and deliver network engagements across different implementation approaches including exceptional understanding of client business processes.
- Production network monitoring experience required (lab-only experience not accepted) Additional Information Professional Attributes: - Manage technical resources team. - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Able to work independently and take initiative. - Proven workload management & Flexibility in 24/7 shifts - Skilled in collaborative problem-solving and clearly communicating technical issues and solutions to stakeholders.
