Performance of preventive maintenance inspections, diagnostics and corrective maintenance on heating hot water boilers, chillers, piping, pumps, air separators/expansion tanks, air handlers, fan coils, exhaust fans, cooling towers, air compressors, dampers, coils (HW, CW, DX), motors, control valves, pressure reducing valves, relief valves, and all other support systems as needed.
Replace piping systems; cut, bend, fabricate using steel, copper, PVC and associated fittings specific to the type of pipe being used to connect new equipment installations and replacements.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
Must be either a member in good standing of UA Local Union 230 or willing to become a member.
Must be willing to enroll in the UA Local Union 230 Apprenticeship Program that includes HVAC Maintenance and Services training.
High school degree or equivalent. In lieu of diploma or equivalent, trade school certifications can be used for credit towards years of experience.
Must be able to pass customer background check.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
