Property Project Manger
Inland Rail
A transformative rail network connecting regional and metropolitan centers across Australia.
Manage property program for Inland Rail in QLD, coordinating acquisition and compliance.
Support the Property Program Coordination function – including managing key relationships, property planning, workflow and schedule management and reporting to facilitate a coordinated program of land and property outcomes.
Assist the Property Operations and Completions team to ensure program schedules, processes and reports are current and in compliance with the Property delivery protocols.
Actively participate in multidisciplinary project teams as required
Work alongside the Senior Acquisition Manager (Qld) to ensure the Qld property program complies with the guiding principles governed in the Property Delivery Management manual.
Assist in coordinating key project artefacts required by State legislation to support the Qld Acquisition program.
Assist in developing procedures to ensure highly effective project information flow and program intelligence supporting value for money decisions and accurate scheduling of work.
Influence the delivery of information and decisions from the respective Qld projects as they pertain to the acquisition of land.
Promote practises that support a robust compliance regime adhering to relevant land acquisition guidelines and principles.
Review financial forecasting and reports on allocated projects as required
Maintain a strong focus on achieving work objectives which align with Inland Rail’s Corporate Strategy and Corporate Plan.
