  • Install, configure, and verify functionality of approved hardware and software using standard operating procedures
  • Assists in the training and onboarding of new hires, imparting knowledge and skills necessary for success in their roles
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency within the IT operations, suggesting and implementing process enhancements
  • Coordinate the needs of in-house IT users and remote Members, vendors, and contractors
  • Reimage desktops and laptops when they need to be refreshed
  • Assist in the discussions and deployment of temporary hardware setups for events
  • Assist Members with computer problems and answer their questions
  • Assists in maintaining an inventory of IT assets and equipment, tracking usage, conducting audits, and replenishing supplies as needed
  • Perform initial troubleshooting in person or remotely if needed
  • Protect customer data outside infiltration through encryption, secure data storage and other necessary needs
  • Work alongside contractors to install IT hardware
  • Replace IT equipment such as monitors, desktops, laptops, etc. when needed
  • Assist Members with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of workstations
  • Act as shift lead to a team of IT professionals, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely project completion
  • Serves as the primary escalation point for resolving technical issues that frontline technicians encounter, providing timely assistance and solutions

  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to open and close tickets for incidents, changes, work orders, etc.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of IT Security and data privacy principles, and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
  • User provision using an array of systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, etc.
  • Certifications (e.g. CompTIA, A+, Network+, Security+, etc.) preferred
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • RMA IT hardware when necessary with multiple vendors
  • Familiarity with project management and implementation of new technologies
  • Microsoft 365 Basic Understanding
  • Ability to mentor and train Level I and Level II Technicians
  • Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends
  • Proven experience as an IT technician or comparable position
  • Experience with networking and infrastructure technologies
  • Excellent IT, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrates solid knowledge and skills in IT operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks, serving as a go-to resource for technical support
  • Ability to create an SOP for certain items that may not be documented and can be used for training purposes
  • Three plus (3+) years of experience in computer networks and system maintenance for a large-scale luxury resort/casino
  • Ability to work with non-IT team members to resolve their technology issues
