Provide support in invoice processing and program procurement.
Assist in bid review development and preparation.
Assist the regional finance lead in SOX compliance and testing and external regulatory reporting / compliance.
Maintain working knowledge of various government financial terminology, regulations, and clauses related to work assigned.
Travel to sites to understand the work being done as needed.
Support User Acceptance Training “UAT” testing, as required.
Prepare Project close entries and make necessary adjustments to data entry errors.
Support implementation of financial standards in the organization.
Support Project Managers and project teams analyzing Project or Program level economics (Revenue, Costs, Profitability, Cash Flow).
Prepare variance analysis and reconciliations.
Prepare, and support, Customer reporting requirements on Projects as required.
Support asset management and customer collection.
Support the Financial Project Manager in developing short-term and long-term plans, as well as rolling forecast for the projects and programs being supported.

Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Understanding of percentage-of-completion, completed contract, cost accounting principles; inter and intra company accounting; Sarbanes-Oxley Act; and U.S. GAAP.
Required to be a US Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance – ADTech Only.
Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint ERP system.
