Track schedule progress and performance against baseline; identify deviations and support mitigation planning.
Interface with client representatives, subcontractors, and vendors to align schedule expectations.
Develop, monitor, and update integrated project schedules using appropriate scheduling tools across all project phases (FEL, detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning).
Provide input into project progress reports, dashboards, and earned value analysis.
Conduct critical path, near-critical path, and float path analyses to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to gather schedule input and validate activity sequencing.
