Working under the guidance of the Senior Project Planner, you will support the development, management, and monitoring of detailed project schedules. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, track progress, identify potential delays, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role also includes supporting pre-construction tendering activities, contributing planning input to bids and proposals, and assisting with planning tasks on other projects in the region as needed.
- Provide input for tender schedules and pre-construction planning.
- Develop and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Identify risks and potential scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with estimators and engineers to align labour, equipment, and material planning.
- Track the critical path, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and share schedule updates and progress reports.
- Support the Senior Project Planner in developing mitigation strategies.
- Develop preliminary schedules and resource assessments for bids and proposals.
- Assist with resource and cost loading into schedules.
- Support the Senior Project Planner in maintaining accurate progress updates and reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Project Planner to work in our regional offices/ UK head office and join our site-based teams on projects. (please note this will be an office and/or a site-based role 5 days per week). This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional, ideally a recent graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, who has 1–2 years of experience in large-scale industrial construction projects (data centres, advanced manufacturing, or similar).
The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 on a live large-scale project, this is a mandatory requirement.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly ambitious, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in planning within the industrial construction sector.
- 1–2 years’ professional experience in large-scale industrial construction projects (data centres, advanced manufacturing, or similar).
- Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Primavera P6 on a live, large-scale industrial construction project.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English required
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Must already be authorised to work in the UK
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
