- Participate in the implementation of the project execution plan.
- Develop project BIM Models and production of Design documents/reports.
- Develop ownership approach to assigned design tasks.
- Deliver the project under the guidance Senior Architect (SA) and/or Design Manager (DM) while providing technical support to Architects.
- Adhere to project deadlines.
- Promoting and maintaining collaborative environment in the office
- Participate in Knowledge sharing and skills development.
- Building strong relationships with team members.
- Maintain the design quality standards.
- Accountable for maintaining the project deliverables Quality.
- Maintain the models’ BIM quality level in coordination with the BIM Coordinator / Manager.
- Active participation in internal meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Participate in design code review and building materials/systems selection.
- Day to day involvement in development of project design activities and production from the early stage design, through technical design development, to the construction documentation.
- Implement successfully the project BIM Execution plan.
- Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of project’s man‐hours assigned by team leader.
- Participate in the preparation of the projects’ list of deliverables.
- Accountable for successful project delivery meeting the targeted deadlines.
- Adopt creative design and problem‐solving approach.
- Develop project deliveries while maintaining high‐quality design documents and construction drawings.
- Collaborate with SA and DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.
- Contribute to preparation of project/s’ concept design preparation including but not limited to:
- Maintain professional code of conduct in line with the company’s ethics.
- Participate in the design coordination process within Architecture team and with disciplines ( in house or external design partners: civil, structure, MEP, ID, Landscape, vertical transportation, & other specialists’ consultant)

- Willingness to travel occasionally for project site visits
- Understanding of Saudi Arabian culture and its influence on architectural design
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Good knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Project Model/s and Graphical presentation
- Knowledge in sustainable design practices and green building technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead projects independently
- Fluency in spoken and written communication
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and local architectural styles
- Strong 3D modeling and rendering skills
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
- Proficiency in English
