Conducts regular assessments to review the implementation of the BEP and level of BIM maturity achieved on the Project.
Assisting in development of the project BIM strategy, requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
Serves as a liaison between IT staff, GIS professions and local BIM users.
Validate design components such as libraries, catalogues, families, templates, and models used in Revit.
Set-up and maintain BIM Model Coordination and Design Collaboration environment.
Maintain the graphic and non-graphic data embedded in the BIM models, ensure data completeness, correctness, and accuracy.
Provide BIM production support to project teams, setup and configuration of the Common Data Environment (CDE), project model environment, model federation and interference management systems, data quality checking process, model coordination and deliverable generation.
Monitors BIM deliverables to ensure compliance with the agreed-upon information delivery plans, standards and work processes.
Developing BIM workflows for the project stakeholders and subcontractors.
Conducts BIM coordination meetings with all stakeholders.

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a BIM Professional in engineering, design, and construction industry.
Proficient in oral and written communications skills.
Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360 Suite, and Navisworks.
Training and upskilling project delivery teams in BIM processes and tools.
Collaborates well in a team environment.
Working knowledge of Autodesk authoring platforms including features, functions, and limitations.
Understands project workflows from design, estimation, construction administration and coordination.
Ability to manage priorities and take on additional evolving responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computers or related science from a four-year accredited college or university and 6+ years’ experience; or in lieu of degree, 10+ years of progressive experience in relevant industry.
