- Complete on‑target earnings exceeding £50,000 per year
- Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
- Coach the team to achieve KPIs
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including one‑to‑one meetings
- Encourage team development and progression
- Focus on generating new and repeat business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Liaise with tenants and arrange property viewings to suit their needs
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
- Ensure the business is risk‑averse and complies with all regulatory standards

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need a full UK driving licence and legal entitlement to live and work in the UK, with proof such as a passport or birth certificate, proof of address, National Insurance and a driver’s licence check.
- Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator level or higher
- Strong teamwork and ability to create an enjoyable working environment
- Effective communication and ability to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers and communities
- Ability to create and execute business plans for the branch
- Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
- Strong understanding of current residential lettings legislation
- Ability to manage time‑sensitive, high‑volume workloads
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
- Attention to detail
