High-Volume Administrator - Modular Construction

Description

• Receives RFQ from sales or engineering department; gathers any additional documentation and information relative to the project i.e., drawings, nonstandard items, and/or technical information
• Produces a complete project estimate package and submits for approval
• Creates and processes sales orders and change orders
• Prepares estimates of cost of materials, labor, equipment, subcontracts for modular projects based on schematic drawings and project specifications
• Compares material list from RFQ to the project drawing; resolves discrepancies by consulting with appropriate personnel from sales or engineering departments or technical support
• Calculates costs and creates estimate by entering data into Quoteworks
• Contacts vendors for pricing on nonstandard items
• Promotes a positive working environment conducive to a team atmosphere in alignment with the Allied Modular culture
• Collects all pertinent project documents including plans, technical drawings, and project specifications

Requirements

• Dependable, conscientious, and well-spoken
• 2-3 years in construction industry preferred
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office; quoting system and CRM experience preferred
• Must be organized and have a high regard for attention to detail
• Proficient in math is required
• Job requires extreme accuracy in data entry and the review of supporting documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of administrative experience
• Ability to multi-task and move between multiple computer applications quickly is essential
