Help maintain cost databases and benchmark information for future projects.
Support quality control processes, ensuring accurate documentation for audits.
Support the preparation and review of payment applications and certificates.
Support the monitoring and reporting of project costs against budgets.
Help verify completed works and quantities on-site, including measurement and take-offs.
Assist in maintaining effective communication with clients, housing associations, and local authorities.
Assist with managing variations/changes to the works and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Assist with managing risk registers, early warnings, and change control procedures.

Working toward or holding a relevant qualification (e.g., BSc Quantity Surveying, HNC/HND in Construction).
Willingness to learn and develop within a commercial team.

Experience using estimating or cost-management software (COINS, Causeway, Procore, etc.).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
