Electrical Construction Manager (Sweden)

Description

• Implement the project quality plan, close out snag lists promptly, and assist in project handover and close-out.
• Take on-site leadership by implementing the safety plan, ensuring staff have the training and skills to work safely and professionally.
• Monitor and manage team performance, report and act on incidents, and ensure materials meet specifications before installation.
• Support the Project Manager in supervising site personnel, leading by example to uphold safety standards and high-quality work.
• Plan and manage labour and material resources, oversee subcontractor performance, track progress, and address issues promptly while maintaining good working relationships.
• Ensure all works meet the project scope, with any changes approved by the Project Manager.

• Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.
• Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.
• 5+ years of site management with an M&E contractor.
• Degree in Electrical engineering, construction, or trade qualified.
