Conduct Capacity Assessments and Optimisation: Conduct in-depth analysis of capacity utilisation at key touchpoints and initiate change to optimise resource allocation. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the change process.
Innovative Wayfinding Design: Explore various communication channels/tools (whether digital or physical) to nudge passengers’ behaviour at key touchpoints and shape a new travel experience at Changi Airport.
Lead Sensor Data Analytics: Develop and prioritise use cases associated with the use of sensor data to drive operational enhancements on ground. You will deal with large sensor datasets, and need to coordinate closely with diverse teams and stakeholders to solve problem-statements and drive decision-making on ground.

Strong ability to work independently, while also possessing excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, within a fast-paced environment.
Experience in data analytics and design or cognate disciplines is desirable.
