Tasks

-Manage permitting processes and support construction administration -Mentor junior staff and manage project tasks -Design water distribution systems, booster pump stations, elevated storage tanks, and treatment units -Conduct hydraulic calculations, pump sizing, and modeling -Produce plans, specifications, and technical reports -Design wastewater collection systems, sanitary lift stations, and treatment units (municipal/industrial) -Apply the latest technologies and stay current with industry innovations -Collaborate with licensed engineers to design water and wastewater infrastructure systems

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license required -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT) certification required -Bachelor’s degree in civil or related engineering field -Strong interpersonal and communication skills -Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (3–4 years preferred) -Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, XPSWMM, and ArcGIS (preferred) -Familiarity with TCEQ regulations (required) -Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed -Leadership training
