Tasks

-Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium and Cucumber on Linux-based environments. -Timely delivery of design and development work. -Track and Report test metrics, coverage and automation progress to stakeholders -Lead, mentor and guide a team of 8 – 10 test automation engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback. -Define and implement automation strategy aligned with project goals and testing best practices -Identify and report issue of application from daily automation results -Drive technical excellence and ensure high quality deliverables -Identify and fix the integration issues of automation scripts. -Work closely with development team, Test Architect and PO to ensure effective test coverage and early defect detection.

-Experience in Linux platform -Experience in Python -Experience in preparing effective bug reports using defect tracking system and tracking them to closure. -9 – 12 years of experience in software testing. -Experience in testing of medical modality software, Medical Imaging platform in XR platforms. -Experience in designing and developing test plans, test cases and generating test reports, defect reports and documentation. -Experience in performance and reliability frameworks. -Knowledge in Health Care Standards & regulations like DICOM, IHE, HIPPA -Experience in tools such as ALM, Clear Quest. -Strong hands-on experience in Java, Selenium and Cucumber. -8+ years of experience in Verification and Validation of engineering applications, with at least 2 years in team leadership or technical lead role preferably in Healthcare domain -Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. -Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential. -Ability to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment. -Exposure to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) -Proven expertise in Java, Selenium and Cucumber -Experience in error guessing techniques, Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression, Beta, Database, Exploratory Testing etc. -Familiar with tools like WinScp, Putty, Rally, Git, etc.
