  • Managing reservations, exchanges, and completions to meet company deadlines
  • Producing weekly sales reports and forecasts for senior management
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders including solicitors, IFAs, and estate agents
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximise revenue and achieve targets
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial marketing through to legal completion
  • Overseeing the presentation and maintenance of the sales office, show homes, and site
  • Monitoring market activity and competitor developments to maintain competitive advantage
  • Taking full ownership and accountability for the development's sales performance
  • Ensuring exemplary customer service standards throughout the buyer journey

Our client is looking for a seasoned new homes professional who can take complete ownership of this flagship development from day one. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of sales performance, customer experience, and site operations, working autonomously to deliver exceptional results.

  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work autonomously
  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Consultant or Sales Manager within new homes
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Strategic thinker with commercial awareness
