Contributing and maintaining the high visual standard that Portland Design sets and ensuring continuous innovation.
Taking a supporting role in client meetings.
Being able to manage your own time and workload, ensuring to always keep senior team updated when required.
Getting involved in producing concept work through hand-drawing or digital media.
Continually work to improve communication and relationships across all parties.
Attend site meetings when applicable and liaise confidently with contractors, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
Supporting in the creation of presentations to present strategy, ideas or executions for senior team or client approval.
To be hands-on and involved in creating concepts, development and integrating research and conceptual thinking into presentation decks.

Personable and approachable demeanour.
Be able to confidently present design work within the Environments and wider Portland team.
SketchUp (Necessary).
Must possess design talent, creative energy, management and organisational skills.
Proactive and responsible in attitude.
Creatively minded individual who is keen to get involved, collaborate, and share ideas.
Enscape and/or Twin Motion (Advantageous).
Adobe Suite; Photoshop and InDesign (Necessary).
Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Necessary).
Good knowledge of the interior/architectural design process.
Good knowledge of materials and specifications
Hand-drawing (Advantageous).
Confident and articulate communicator.
An ability to work well in a team environment, foster strong working relationships, and have an interest in sharing knowledge.
An ability to provide excellent, consistent service to internal and external clients in a professional manner.
Ability to build, maintain and strengthen client and design team relationships.
An ability to anticipate, identify and resolve problems and recognise alternative solutions.
