Promoting McConnell Dowell’s values, professionalism, and high standards across all interactions.
Preparing employment offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
Assisting with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating medicals and visas.
Assisting with HR events, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
Liaising with payroll and other departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
Maintaining personnel records, performance documentation, and HR databases.
Supporting new starter inductions and ensuring all employee information and systems are kept accurate and up to date.
Providing HR administrative and coordination support to the HR team and project managers.

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
Proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Confident using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
