Manage Health & Safety requirements within the depot and report any non-compliance.
Manage depot stock levels and place orders as required.
Ensure safe house keeping practises are followed and materials and plant is correctly stored.
Manage all daily deliveries into the depot in a safe manner.
Ensure yard is kept tidy and depot rules adhered to.
Maintain depot office consumables levels and maintain stock.
Undertake compliance checks for received plant.
Undertake winter and emergency maintenance including out of hours activities.
Organise or undertake minor depot repairs.
Participate in monthly stock take audits.
Participate in monthly SHEQ audits and address any identified risks.
Management of waste in/out of the depot to ensure compliance.
