

Designs, manufactures, and distributes hydraulic attachments for scrap recycling, demolition and construction
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the primary technical liaison between customers, sales teams, engineering, and operations, delivering high‑quality service for a broad product portfolio that includes shear processors, hydraulic couplers, attachments, and breaker tools. The role demands strong technical expertise and a customer‑focused mindset, with compensation aligned to experience.
Key responsibilities involve on‑site diagnosis and repair of hydraulic and mechanical equipment, providing technical assistance for service calls, documenting issues in the service database, coordinating travel logistics, delivering both classroom and hands‑on training, and acting as the voice of the customer for product improvements. The technician must also adhere to safety protocols, submit expense reports, and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other industry events.
Qualified candidates will have an associate degree or hydraulic certification, or at least five years of experience working on hydraulic mobile equipment and attachments. Required skills include excellent interpersonal and public‑speaking abilities, advanced organization, self‑motivation, proficiency with Microsoft Office, fluency in English (Spanish is a plus), and the capacity to travel up to 80 % of the time.
