- Request engagement of new trades and suppliers via company procurement process
- Preparing schedules
- Managing budgets resulting in the delivery of quality outcomes for clients
- Ensure budgets are met to ensure profitability on jobs.
- Ensure the delivery construction schedules are met
- Compile and deliver detailed scope of works
- Provide accurate progress updates for internal and external use.
- Drive and monitor and adhere company safety processes on all jobs
- Working with our Procurement team to onboard and manage our subcontractors and suppliers
- Plan, schedule and drive multiple small to medium domestic and commercial construction repairs
- Compile and deliver accurate budget breakdowns, to allow successful tender results and profitable delivery of construction works
- Accurately forecast and achieve monthly latest forecasted completion dates, to ensure revenue targets are met
- Forecasting monthly revenue according to project completion dates
- Ensure trades/suppliers adhere to purchase orders, SOW's and quote requests
- Engaging trades and monitoring progress

- Proven skills in construction estimating for building repairs to both domestic and commercial properties
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.
- Have a detailed understanding and experience in the construction process, critical inspection points, permit requirements and WHS requirements
- Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and all construction related trades and suppliers
- Certificate IV in Building and Construction or trade background (highly desirable
- Adherence to WH&S standards
- Interpersonal skills to with an ability to deal with both internal and external customers building long term relationships.
- Solid construction supervision experience in medium to large, domestic and commercial construction repairs
- Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
- Able to develop business through quality service delivery.
- Thorough understanding the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements
