RESA Power provides electrical power systems services, solutions, and products across various industries.
Oversee operations, sales, budget, and field services for a RESA location.
Work with assigned Sr. Management to ensure continuous improvement and strategic business initiatives are developed and implemented.
You promote goodwill by handling all contacts (example: coworkers, management, vendors, customers, etc.) with respect, courtesy, cooperation, attentiveness and follow instructions from management.

Experience working with Unions a plus.
You understand and apply your knowledge of techniques, policy, procedures, equipment, and skills involved in the job.

Proven track record of exceeding budgets and hitting forecasts
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and ten years of experience in an operations role in the Electrical Services Industry
Proven team management skills that deliver customer satisfaction and strong company culture Demonstrated ability to manage a remote team desirable
