This role is responsible for accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining documentation in our ERP system, and coordinating closely with Manufacturing and Logistics teams. The role also provides light administrative and facility support to keep operations running smoothly.

Validate shipping paperwork and support driver check-ins

Assist with facility needs including IT coordination, office supply stocking, and event support

Manage RMA activities for returns and warranty shipments

Maintain consumable inventory (dunnage, boxes, pallets, supplies, etc.) and ensure organized stock areas

  • Able to operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and able to understand and follow safety protocols
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience
  • Meaningful Work in the Renewable Energy Industry
  • Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
  • Able to stand for up to 10 hours per day and walk for extended periods of time
  • Able to squat, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems
