- Create substation P&C design drawings from client standards and industry best practices for substation P&C projects
- Visit sites, advise on P&C design issues

- Think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems
- Understanding of protection and control designs as they apply to utility substation and transmission line equipment.
- Proven Autocad and/or Microstation skills
- Work independently
- Experience in the utility industry
- 2-4 Year(s) experience in CAD Design
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds
