Partnering with the Proposal Management team to oversee the development of compelling proposals, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and managing the bid process.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Ensuring adherence to relevant policies, managing risks, and ensuring the integrity of the capture process.
Leading cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, solution architects, engineers, commercial and finance staff, and business development personnel.
Develop and implement win strategies, competitive intelligence portfolios, teaming strategies, customer assessments and all elements of captures to maximise probability-of-win.
