What you would be doing

Schedule 3rd party vendors (e.g., cranes, scrap pick-up, etc.) and fulfill permitting requirements.
Interaction with the Service Manager and Techs to ascertain details related to procurement of parts that are not clearly defined within the work order.
Assist in researching new vendors and comparing competing suppliers.
Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding missed SLAs.
Maintain adherence to the C&I procurement plan.
Proactively communicate with customers on work order status.
Track and coordinate with local team to execute on all work order statuses.
Create quotes to submit to customers and own follow-up from creation to closure, with periodic standardized check-ins.
Maintain up to date and precise records of orders, shipments, inventory, and reports.
Place standard bulk orders that do not require approval (especially indirect purchases).
Crosstrain and periodically backfill branch administrative positions, as needed.
Prioritize work orders to ensure customer SLAs are being met (incoming and backlog).
Ensure smooth daily office operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure the office is well- maintained and organized.
Assist with office reports, sales analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.
