- Achieve departmental targets as per priority
- Perform mold processing including cleaning, polishing, and assembly.
- Decision making on molds, Tooling’s and Machineries selection and Justification for selection
- Training of new team members
- Co-ordinate with Mold and tooling manufacturers
- Design molds and tooling equipment that meet customer specifications and requirements.
- Tire 3D model Preparation & review in CATIA and Uni-Graphics
- Work on in-house developed PLM software

- Understanding of drawings mold drawings of 2 piece molds, segmented molds
- Exposure to tire design methodology and manufacturing process.
- Knowledge of engineering drawing, Review of drawings and approval for manufacturing
- Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills
- Should have strong knowledge of OHT tire manufacturing process –
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Work experience in MS office software
- Knowledge of material used for molds and tooling’s
- Will solicit the involvement of others to build a sense of ownership. Must have the confidence to act quickly and decisively
